How COMPREADY Optimization Works

COMPREADY delivers hands-on, expert PC optimization, not automated scripts or one-size-fits-all tweaks. Every session is performed live by a trained technician to ensure your system runs at peak speed, stability, and responsiveness.

1. Schedule your Appointment

Start by booking a session on compready.gg, payment is completed upfront to secure your spot in our schedule.

After you purchase, you will be redirected to the setup flow where you must:

• Link your Discord account (this allows us to invite you directly to our Discord server and prepare your private session channel)
• Enter your PC specifications (you may manually enter your hardware details OR use our import tool to automatically extract system information faster and accurately)

After you complete the setup form:

• You'll receive a confirmation email, where you'll receive a unique scheduling link to book your optimization session

Available time slots typically start at 2 days from purchase, you can contact us on our Discord to check for available time slots.

Once you've selected a date and time, a second email for a Google Calendar invite will be sent to you, which will include the links to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Our cancellation policy strictly follows ONE free last-minute cancellation, and a second last-minute cancellation will incur a $25 USD fee

2. Prepare your Computer

Before your session, you must complete the following steps 1-2 days in advance (required and agreed to before booking)

• Reformat your computer (we recommend following our in-house guide)
• Update your BIOS to the latest stable version (also recommend following our in-house guide)

3. Join the COMPREADY Discord Server

By linking your discord, you are automatically invited to our Discord Server, receive the Optimizations role, and 15 minutes before your session, a private voice & text channel will be created under your name. Please join the channel and wait, your technician will meet you there to begin the session.

4. The Optimization Begins

Once your technician joins, you will have to stay present for the entire session, and we'll securely screen-share and begin optimize your session. 

Your technician will specifically tune your:

• Windows
• BIOS
• CPU
• RAM
• GPU

and all changes are explained, verified, and benchmarked to ensure maximum FPS, lower input lag, and stability.

5. After the Optimization

After the session, your technician will run the following tests:

• Performance benchmarks
• FPS and latency improvements are verified
• Final stability checks are completed

What you'll end up with:

• A system tuned by one of our technicians that is clean, faster, and COMP-READY.

COMPREADY Aftercare & Support

Unlike other optimizers, COMPREADY includes a 60-day aftercare warranty following your optimization session. This coverage applies as long as no unauthorized changes are made on your end. By purchasing our service, you agreed to these terms as outlined in our Terms of Service.

During the 60-Day Aftercare Period, We Provide Support For:

• Performance issues directly related to your optimization
• Unexpected behavior caused by Windows or driver updates
• Guidance on which settings are safe (or unsafe) to change
• Troubleshooting if something feels off after your session

Our main goal is simple: to always put the customer first.

As a premium customer, you have access to exclusive Discord channels, including a dedicated ticket system that ensures your concerns are handled with priority over non-premium users.
